Baghiraa is headquartered in Atlanta, USA. Our corporate offices are in Broomfield, USA, Bangalore, India and Den Haag, Netherlands. Collectively, we will achieve a healthy space for all creatures within the Baghiraa umbrella whilst we are actively expanding our footprint to better meet the needs of our clientele.

Located in a bustling city Bangalore, India, Baghiraa has made extensive efforts in turning one of its offices in India into a minimal waste facility that is over 90% plastic free. The challenge will be extensive in the US locations to mirror this same practice (considering the US as a nation and culture operates on extensive waste in the name of convenience) but this effort, in essence, is the core of our company’s culture.

The company has recently acquired parcels of land in both Atlanta, GA and in Broomfield, CO with buildout plans to follow best-practice sustainability principles, such as Earthship Architecture. We plan to use as close to 100% recycled or reused materials as we can. The sites will consist of office space for employees, a co-working space for the community, residential quarters for employees, a walk-up café / juice bar with outdoor seating for the community, an outdoor multi-use kitchen, as well as a beautiful garden and habitat for various farm animals. Ultimately, the goal of our offices is to become a model for sustainability practices in construction that promote healthy living. Additionally, the locations will serve as educational resource centers for the use of recycled goods, in conjunction with a site to supply recycled materials to the community. In doing this, we aim to make recycled materials more available to the public and the construction industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter located in Bangalore. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. They will also help develop recruiting strategies, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conducts routine assessment of the company employment needs

Develops strategies to attract candidates

Writes job descriptions for needed positions

Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company

Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums

Screens and interviews candidates

Designs recruitment initiatives

Performs comprehensive interviews

Organizes job fairs and networking events

Qualifications and Soft Skills

Sanrachna Steel seeks energetic candidates to engage with our dynamic team and client base

Familiar with ATS, CRM, and similar software

Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience or similar

Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

In-depth knowledge of best full-cycle sourcing and recruiting practices

Excellent written and verbal communication

Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills

Specifically, integrity, motivation, proactive, and independence, combined with the willingness to cross-train responsibilities within other company departments, is desired

Candidate is comfortable taking initiative in system development, problem solving, and internal and external office communications

We require flexibility and accommodation of adapting to varied priorities

Must maintain a professional work ethic, positive attitude, and openness to new challenges, resulting in quality work

Compensation : Based on experience
