Program Manager

Role Description : -

we are building the largest AdTech platform for growth in APAC partnering with global leaders like Outbrain Criteo Pinterest and CJ. As an Associate Strategy / Program Management you will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed strategic initiatives supporting leadership in decision-making and identifying market opportunities across multiple geographies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance enhance processes and support our growth agenda.

What you will do : -

Analyze business performance operating models and market conditions to guide decision-making.

Research industry trends and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights.

Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.

Understand requirements design relevant analyses and provide strategic recommendations.

Work with large datasets to uncover trends and enable data-driven decisions.

Contribute to improving product offerings and market penetration strategies.

Assess and optimize processes for better efficiency.

Support due diligence and integration efforts for collaborations.

Track measure and report progress on strategic initiatives highlighting achievements and learnings.

Candidate Requirements : -

Experience : 35 years in strategy consulting program management or business analysis.

Education : Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or related field (MBA is a plus).

Skills :

1. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.

2. Experience in data analysis tools (SQL Tableau or similar) is an advantage.

3. Strong research and financial modelling capabilities.
