What this job involves :

Prioritizing the facilities needs

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering and its application in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Transformers DG Sets UPS SMPS Battery Banks & Air Conditioning System
• Assist and guide subordinates in their routine maintenance activities troubleshooting and adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensure team members follow safety protocols and work efficiently within set guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and adhering to the work permit system for high-risk activities.
• Possess a basic understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements like PCB Norms CEIG PESO Fire NOC & HWA
• Oversee vendor management related to project execution including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
• Possess interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively manage stakeholders address concerns and ensure cooperation across teams.
• Possessing the knowledge in MS office.

Going above and beyond expectations

Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in this role youll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. Youll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.

In addition youll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance. Youll also be in charge of creating stock reports meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.
