Key Responsibilities :
Creating comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Dubai market, including digital and traditional marketing methods.
Managing online campaigns across platforms like social media, search engines, and email marketing to generate leads and engage potential buyers.
Developing high-quality marketing content, including property listings, social media posts, videos, and brochures.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
Enhancing brand awareness and positioning through targeted marketing campaigns and communication.
Working with sales teams to convert leads into sales, track performance, and optimize marketing efforts.
Managing marketing budgets and ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports for senior management, and making data-driven decisions.
Ensuring all marketing activities comply with local regulations, such as those set by RERA in Dubai.
Working closely with sales, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Organizing and managing marketing events, such as property launches, open houses, and networking events.
Building relationships with developers, agents, and other stakeholders.
