About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Developer who has hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications from concept to production. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).

Build and deploy high-performance, scalable apps for Android and iOS platforms.

Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Manage full app lifecycle — from development and testing to release and maintenance.

Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs.

Ensure code quality through effective unit testing and code reviews.

Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3–5 years of experience in mobile application development.

Proven experience in Flutter and Dart with at least one full-cycle app deployed to production.

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.), and UI / UX principles.

Experience integrating Firebase, push notifications, and in-app purchases is a plus.

Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines for Flutter apps.

Understanding of App Store and Play Store deployment processes.
