We're looking for a high-energy, organised, and creative Executive Assistant to be the backbone of our Founder’s Office — someone who can manage calendars, streamline communication, coordinate office-wide activities, and make festivals feel like celebrations.

Key Responsibilities :
Founder Support :
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day priorities
- Prepare agendas, talking points, and follow-up notes
- Be the first filter for emails, messages, and calls — prioritise and respond smartly
- Ensure the Founder stays organised, informed, and ahead of schedule
Calendar & Office Management :
Coordinate internal and external meetings across teamsMaintain a central calendar for key company dates, team events, and launchesOwn all scheduling tools and ensure alignment across departmentsEvents & Culture :
