We are seeking a dynamic and driven Admission Counsellor to deliver an outstanding
admissions experience, drive enrolments, and contribute to the school’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Parent Lead Management & Onboarding
- Conduct in-person and virtual school tours and counselling sessions.
- Understand family aspirations and provide personalized guidance aligned with PWS
offerings.
Facilitate assessments, manage admission documentation, and coordinate parent meetingswith academic leadership.
Collaborate with academic, boarding, and finance teams to ensure seamless studenttransitions.
Continuously refine admissions workflows to enhance operational efficiency and parentsatisfaction.
2. School Outreach & Event Management
Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events to build brandvisibility.
Support the Head of Department (HOD) in planning and executing Coffee Mornings,Open Houses, Information Sessions, and Orientation Days.
Manage event logistics, guest experience, and operational coordination for admissionsrelatedevents.
3. Lead Management, Communication & Collaboration with Marketing
Maintain accurate and real-time records on the CRM platform.Communicate proactively with families across email, WhatsApp, telephone, and inpersonmeetings.
Utilize CRM automation tools to deliver timely and relevant communications.Provide actionable feedback from parent interactions to marketing teams to improvetargeting and messaging.
4. Student Support & Retention
Facilitate academic and residential onboarding to support new students and families.Engage with parents during the initial stages of enrolment to strengthen loyalty andsatisfaction.
Support initiatives aimed at improving student retention and reinforcing parent-schoolrelationships.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain updated CRM data and generate regular reports on inquiries, conversions,enrolments, and withdrawals.
Analyse admissions data to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.6. Professional Development
Participate in training programs focused on admissions excellence, CRM tools, parentengagement strategies, and international education trends.
Stay informed on developments within the IB curriculum and global best practices inschool admissions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred2–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, client servicing, or sales.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.Ability to collaborate and engage across departments and with diverse stakeholders.High degree of initiative, empathy, and commitment to service excellence.Compensation
