In this dynamic field-based role, you will be responsible for end-to-end business development through an agency model. Your primary focus will be on recruiting talented individuals as advisors / agents, equipping them with the necessary skills through comprehensive training, and providing ongoing mentorship to drive aggressive business growth. Key Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Actively identify and recruit motivated part-time job seekers and other suitable candidates to build a strong network of advisors / agents.
- Effectively onboard new agents, ensuring they understand the company's vision, products, and operational procedures.
Training & Team Building :
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for your team on various aspects of lead generation, including leveraging social media, networking, referrals, and word-of-mouth strategies.Coach and mentor agents on prospecting leads effectively and converting them into clients through local field visits and direct client engagement.Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development.Business Development & Sales Drive :
