We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a critical technical resource for our customers, providing expertise in the implementation and optimization of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, drive technical engagements, and support the sales process with your in-depth product knowledge.

Required Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE / EEE)

Required Experience :

  • 3 to 7 years of experience,
  • Required minimum 3 years of experience in sales.

    • Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication in both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements and technical challenges.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support by delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs, driving successful deployment and integration.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with engineering and support teams.

    Analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters :

    These are crucial for converting real-world signals into a digital format and vice versa, enabling communication between analog and digital systems.

    Operational amplifiers (op-amps) :

    Used for signal amplification and processing in various applications.

    Power management ICs :

    These regulate and distribute power in electronic devices, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.

    RF (radio frequency) components :

    Used in wireless communication systems, including LNAs (low noise amplifiers), filters, and mixers.

    Sensors :

    Analog sensors detect physical phenomena like temperature, pressure, or light, converting them into electrical signals.

    Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies :

  • Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
