Engineer- Facility Maintenance

Job Summary

If you are an energetic engineer, good in upkeeping of assets and looking for an opportunity in Facility maintenance for a manufacturing site, Emerson has this exciting role for you! The Engineer- Facility Maintenance will be responsible for the site facility maintenance activity.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Perform the daily operations of site facility management including the critical facilities like Power infrastructure, Fire protection systems, HVAC facilities and Water supply system.
• Perform and improve the preventive maintenance programs to ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in optimal working condition with the support of AMC vendors and contractors.
• Ensure seamless operations at site for round the clock.
• Monitor, track, and resolve building maintenance and plumbing related issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Plant maintenance team to support facility modification & improvements to meet the production requirements.
• Support generation of reports related to Power, water & fuel consumption of the site / shops.
• Coordination & maintenance of facilities with appropriate records for Statutory, third-party & certifying agency audits.
• Maintain the minimum stock of critical spares / special PPEs for critical facilities.
• Coordination to all facility related projects with respect to capacity enhancement, performance improvement, retrofit, etc.
• Support to generate & implement ideas / projects to achieve the Plants EHS and Sustainability targets.

You take up responsibility in maintaining and upkeeping of company assets. Got an eye for detail and interest in trouble shooting.
