Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the requirement of bankers and companies in the perspective of TEV / DPR / LIE / ASM studies
• Responsible for client interaction, site visits, document review, technical and industry analysis, preparation of financial models using Excel and automation-friendly tools like Power BI or Python for scenario analysis
• Collect necessary information required for the study from the company, leveraging digital data capture, cloud storage systems, and document management tools
• Co-ordinate with the technical consultants to gather all relevant information required for the study, using collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Confluence
• Undertake extensive secondary research in the local market to validate cost assumptions, using digital databases (CMIE, CapitalIQ, Tracxn, etc.) and web scraping techniques when applicable
• Draft / Write necessary reports based on the information collected, integrating data visualizations via BI tools and document automation where feasible
• Present the outcomes of the assessment to clients and bankers at Lenders Consortium Meetings, supported by dashboards, interactive presentations, and data storytelling frameworks
• Regularly report all activity and act within the companys compliance framework, leveraging tools like Salesforce or D&B's internal risk workflow systems
• Ensure process adherence at all times for error-free, timely delivery of projects, with emphasis on using version control, checklists, and digital audit trails
• Maintain data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically by maintaining data security norms, adhering to enterprise data governance and privacy policies
• File Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the management, leveraging enterprise performance management systems or internal dashboards
• Work cohesively with other team members from different departments using cross-functional collaboration platforms and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Planner)
• Drive the business in the State and Region and work closely with the sales team of all SBUs, especially with the Banks PAS team by conducting periodic visits to key lenders as well as corporates, integrating CRM and business intelligence tools for pipeline tracking
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on key sectors as and when the need arises and create benchmarking documents using templated formats, sector databases, and automated research assistants
• Effectively manage, coach / guide, motivate, and help subordinate resources in project appraisal execution, ensuring knowledge transfer and digital skill development
