ITI HELPER

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking  Helper to assist in various tasks across our furniture manufacturing unit at Dynamic Bala . The ideal candidate will support skilled workers in cutting, assembling, polishing, and finishing furniture products, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Assist machine operators and carpenters in handling raw materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, and hardware fittings.

Help with the loading / unloading of furniture parts on cutting, edge banding, and CNC machines.

Support in manual assembly of furniture components like cabinets, tables, and chairs.

Sand, polish, or clean surfaces as directed during finishing processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area by disposing of waste and scrap materials appropriately.

Carry out material movement within the factory floor using trolleys or manual handling tools.

Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Report machine issues, tool damage, or any safety hazards to the supervisor.

Perform other supportive duties as assigned by production leads or supervisors.

Requirements

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical (Fresher). Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components. Willing to learn machine operations and maintenance procedure.
