Role Overview :
We are looking for a Zonal Head Sales (Ferrous) to spearhead sales growth and aggressively expand our market share in the assigned region. This role demands a high-performing sales leader with strong industry connections, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to drive top-line growth.
Key Responsibilities :
A) Market Share Expansion
- Strategically penetrate new geographies and customer segments within the state
- Implement go-to-market strategies that directly contribute to market share growth
- Identify under-served sectors and convert them into high-potential revenue sources
B) Sales Leadership
Drive aggressive revenue and volume targets across ferrous categories (TMT, coils, angles, channels, etc.)Develop a strong sales pipeline and monitor conversions through effective forecasting and funnel managementMaintain strong gross margins while scaling volumesC) Customer & Channel Development
