Quantitative Researcher / Trader (HFT)

Location : Mumbai & Noida (Onsite)

Type : Full-time

A high-frequency trading desk within a large, well-capitalized group is expanding its India operations. You will research, test, build, refine, and run C++ based systematic trading strategies. The team runs low-latency, in-house systems, including FPGA-based execution infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Quant Researcher or Trader at a tier 1 quantitative trading firm
• Mandatory : Hands-on C++ experience used in professional, full-time work (not academic, not internships)
• Experience with low-latency environments
• FPGA familiarity is a strong advantage
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, and an extreme problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions
• Experience with futures and options is preferred
