Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, home décor, and furnishing products based on their needs.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets .
2. Store Operations & Merchandising
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing .Assist in stock management , product display, and maintaining inventory levels.Keep track of fast-moving items and suggest stock replenishment.3. Order Processing & Billing
Manage customer transactions, invoicing, and payment processing .Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and deliveries.Ensure proper documentation of sales and maintain accurate records.4. Product Knowledge & Upselling
Stay updated with product features, trends, and latest collections .Suggest cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.5. Customer Experience & Feedback
Offer personalized shopping experiences to customers.Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality.Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.Key Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Bachelor's degree in any field.Experience : 1-4 years in retail sales , preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands.Skills Required :Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales.Ability to handle sales transactions and billing efficiently.Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and basic computer skills .A go-getter attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
