Key Responsibilities :
Digital Strategy & Transformation Leadership :
- Develop and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals
- Modernise existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to scalable, cloud-first architectures
- Identify automation opportunities across functions using AI / ML, RPA, analytics, and workflow digitisation
- Champion digital-first operating models to improve speed, agility, and decision-making
- Lead change management initiatives ensuring adoption, training, and behaviour shift across teams
Technology Implementation & Delivery :
Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital programmes from concept to production enablementEvaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies AI, cloud, cybersecurity, intelligent automationWork with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to design scalable, secure, resilient digital solutionsDrive successful implementation of enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, DMS, HCM, and ITSM toolsConduct gap analysis, requirement mapping, architectural planning, and rollout executionData, Analytics & Innovation :
Establish data-driven culture with structured data governance, analytics, and real-time insightsEnable use of BI dashboards, predictive analytics models, and intelligent decision systemsPromote experimentation, PoCs, pilot runs, fail-fast learning cycles, and innovation frameworksOperational Excellence & Performance Improvement :

Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, SDLC, agile methodologies & DevOps cultureExpertise in designing scalable digital platforms, integration frameworks, API-driven systemsWorking knowledge of microservices, containerisation, event-driven architecture patternsCloud & Infrastructure :
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPKnowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)Familiarity with hybrid cloud, networking fundamentals, scalability & performance engineeringAutomation, AI & Modern Tools :
