Job descriptionMaintain and update a monthly content calendar. Collaborate with various teams to develop diverse content types (text, images, videos). Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across social media and online platforms. Address negative feedback promptly and professionally. Highlight positive customer experiences to reinforce brand image. Execute employer branding communications. Ensure consistent messaging across the company. Facilitate information flow between departments. Coordinate with the Legal & Compliance team to ensure all content meets regulatory standards. Maintain a tracker to expedite the process if and when required.
1 Social Media Management.
- Create and schedule engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Moj / ShareChat).
- Craft compelling campaigns for the calendar year.
- Respond to audience queries and engage with followers.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on social media performance.
- Present insights and recommendations based on analytics.
