Job descriptionBuild rapport with guests and prospective customers to ensure a positive experience Address customer concerns or requirements promptly and professionally Ensure high standards of customer service aligned with hospitality and real estate norms Maintain clear and effective communication—both verbal and written—with guests, team members, and internal departments Coordinate with sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth visitor handling and documentation Maintain organized records of guest interactions and feedback Ensure readiness of guest areas, including cleanliness and availability of materials Support the sales team in managing appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling Must be customer-oriented with a deep understanding of hospitality and service standards Should possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities are essential
Guest Welcome & Engagement
- Review daily guest arrival lists and ensure a warm, personalized welcome
- Prepare welcome kits and relevant materials such as brochures, area information, and service details
- Assist with guest needs proactively, including handling travel arrangements and message delivery
