About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Payroll & HR Shared Services Manager to lead our North American payroll operations and HR administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and seamless HR service delivery across the region.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Management :
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all North American employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and upgrade payroll systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and manage payroll reports, including tax filings and benefit deductions.
Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals.Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Compliance & Reporting :
Stay current with evolving payroll regulations across North America.Monitor payroll KPIs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Prepare and present reports on payroll and HR activities to senior leadership.What You'll Need to Succeed :
