Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Qualifier to join our recruitment sales team. This role is pivotal in converting leads into qualified business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion : Qualify both inbound and outbound leads, turning them into potential business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement : Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Proposal & Contracting : Draft customized proposals and support contract negotiations
  • CRM & Reporting : Maintain up-to-date lead and client data in CRM systems; generate regular reports.
  • Cross-functional Coordination : Align with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns and execution
  • Follow-ups : Perform timely follow-ups to ensure lead nurturing and maximize conversion

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / staffing sales.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated success in lead conversion and pipeline management .

Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining sales tracking systems.

High energy, self-motivated, and performance-focused attitude.

Bonus Points

Experience working in B2B recruitment or staffing firms .

Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR Tech solutions .

Understanding of global recruitment practices is an added advantag
