Responsibilities :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to recruitment performance, client requirements, and business metrics.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Identify business trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Support automation and data management initiatives (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM).
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
