Job Title : AI Tech Lead

Location : Chennai -Hybrid

Total Experience : 9–12 Years with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to Design, Develop and architect, lead, and deliver advanced Gen AI and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Generative AI, Agentic AI, solution planning and AI product development strategy along with a proven ability to work with technical teams and manage scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Gen AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI,AutoGen, and Advanced RAG implementation techniques
• Drive AI product development strategy and solution planning, code reviews, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders and integrate AI solutionsinto product and service.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Design, Develop and optimize prompt engineering pipelines and model finetuning
• Involve in model deployment and productionizing of AI products, ensuring robust CI / CD,security, and scalability
• Architect model pipelines and leverage Vector DBs, Graph DBs, and BigData platforms and databases
• Leverage multi-cloud services from Azure, AWS, GCP models for deployment, scalability, and resilience
• Ensure delivery of high-quality AI solutions through model benchmarking, governance, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Mentor and lead junior / mid-level AI engineers and data scientists
