Job Description : Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 5+ Years

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Manage employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and HR documentation.

Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Drive HR policies, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Coordinate with plant teams for manpower planning, shift management, and shop-floor HR requirements.

Ensure smooth execution of audits and maintain HR MIS reports.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.

Experience in a manufacturing / plant environment .

Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS systems, and time-office management.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
