Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to different job markets.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and social media platforms to identify and engage potential talent.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Arrange and conduct in-depth interviews evaluating both technical and soft skills.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Manage the scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications :
