Job Description

Job Title   - Sr Gen AI full stack Developer.

Experience - 8+yrs

Location   - Remote

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and Python
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Gen AI features, including integrating OpenAI APIs, designing RAG pipelines, and applying prompt engineering
• Architect and implement chatbot platforms and conversational flows using third-party tools or custom frameworks
• Mentor and guide junior / mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, AI / ML, product) to align technology with business goals
• Build robust APIs and data processing layers for backend systems, ensuring performance and reliability
• Contribute hands-on to UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and agile delivery
• Manage technical risks, escalate issues early, and drive resolution in coordination with stakeholders
