We Are Hiring – Account Executive (US Bookkeeping Process)

Location : Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Experience Required : Minimum 1.5 year (US Accounting / Bookkeeping)

Salary Range : INR 25 K to INR 35 K

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients
• Accounts payable / accounts receivable tracking
• Bank, credit card & ledger reconciliation
• Month-end closing activities
• Preparation of financial statements & reporting
• Communication with clients via email / calls (as needed)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience with payroll processing

Knowledge of US sales tax & 1099 compliance
