Solution Manager

What success looks like in this role :

• Collects input / data for customer, competitor, and market analysis.
• Assists other management team members with documenting requirements for solution development, ongoing target market management and tactical planning for solutions readiness.
• Provides day-to-day tactical assistance with managing current solutions and associated installed customer bases.
• Develops recommendations and implements team solutions to meet challenges relating to new solution definition or development, current solutions management, and customer or sales issues.
• Interfaces with peer and manager level customers, alliances, and Unisys personnel.
