About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Development Lead with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies and Java-based platforms . The ideal candidate will lead design and implementation for complex system enhancements and drive modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation decisions for complex system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain applications using Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2).
• Work on modernization projects using Java , Spring Boot , REST APIs , and Microservices .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, tech leads, and quality engineers.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Drive cloud adoption strategies and containerization using Kubernetes .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.
