Proven leadership in staffing / recruitment with a strong focus on P&L management and revenue growth.Experience handling multiple client accounts in IT, Analytics, RPO, Non-IT, US Hiring, Middle East Hiring, or Executive Search.A sharp, strategic mindset with the ability to drive business expansion while optimizing operational efficiency.Expertise in Permanent Staffing or C2H, with a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.A growth-oriented approach, with full autonomy to lead, mentor, and scale a high-impact team.Key Responsibilities :
Business & P&L Ownership : Drive revenue growth by managing large accounts ( 80L-1Cr+ annually) while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.Client & Delivery Leadership : Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring seamless candidate and client experiences.
