Gen AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices sharing.

Requirements

AI Integration Experience :

• Practical experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or enterprise-grade equivalents).
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph for agent orchestration.
• Experience building AI-driven APIs and services in production.

Backend Engineering

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Understanding of compliance, security, and governance in AI-integrated systems.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in large-scale enterprise environments.
