Deputy Service Manager

Responsibilities： 1.Market analysis : Have a keen insight into changes in IVD industry and market and have own understanding. 2.Business planning : Identify team performance gaps and opportunities, combine resources effectively, achieve business objectives and promote business innovation. Organise regional IVD engineers daily work and do process management; 3.Objectives Management : Decompose business objectives within the team effectively, manage the process effectively and improve the final results; 4.Team building : Configure and cultivate the core team effectively based on business requirements, create positive team atmosphere; 5.Communication and coordination : Communicate with internal team and external customers effectively, coordinate resources and help each other to maximize the overall business efficiency.
