We are looking for a Senior VMware Administrator with 10+ years of experience to join our team! If you're passionate about VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware Tanzu, NSX, and virtualization technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and optimize VMware vSphere environments and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) , including vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX.
Design, deploy, and manage VMware Tanzu to support Kubernetes and containerized applications.
Automate and orchestrate VMware workflows using vRealize Automation (vRA) and PowerCLI.
Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure, with a focus on capacity planning and optimization.
Lead troubleshooting and incident management for VMware-based environments.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cloud, DevOps, security) to drive VMware-related initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest VMware technologies and industry trends.

Mandatory Skills :

10+ years of VMware administration experience.

Expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX, vSphere, vSAN, and vCenter.

Hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu for container management.

Strong automation skills with PowerCLI, Python, or similar scripting tools.

Experience with disaster recovery solutions (VMware SRM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Certifications : VCP or VCAP certifications are a plus.
