What You’ll Be Doing :
- Identify, qualify, and convert B2B and B2C leads across entertainment, lifestyle, and brand sectors
- Use HubSpot CRM to track pipelines, manage communications, and close deals
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, proposals, and customized client solutions
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and to set and hold qualified meetings
- Adapt pitches based on client goals, feedback, and campaign performance
- Monitor sales data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
- Help shape sales strategies that align with our content and audience

Must-Have Skills & Experience :
8 months- 2 years in a sales / business development role, preferably in the entertainment, media, or creative industryProficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)Experience with both B2B and B2C sales environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to create and present pitch decks and proposalsSelf-motivated, resilient, and target-drivenBonus If You Have :
Experience working in radio, podcasting, media, or talent-led campaignsExisting industry contacts or client networksA passion for content, audio storytelling, and brand partnerships
