About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) marketing initiatives. The role focuses on driving demand for specific product lines through targeted channel marketing efforts, effective use of Market Development Funds (MDF), and execution of impactful campaigns and events. This role will work closely with OEM partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • OEM Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive OEM marketing strategies aligned with product line objectives and overall business goals.
  • Demand Generation : Plan and implement demand generation campaigns with clear KPIs aimed at maximizing qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • MDF Management : Manage Market Development Fund allocations and optimize spend to ensure maximum ROI and impact.
  • Event Planning & Execution : Organize and manage impactful events, webinars, trade shows, and partner summits to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
  • Partner Collaboration : Work closely with OEM partners to develop co-marketing programs, joint campaigns, and collaborative initiatives that align with mutual business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and MDF utilization; identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
  • Content Development : Oversee creation of marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and digital content tailored for OEM channels.
  • Budget Management : Manage budgets efficiently and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing or OEM marketing, preferably in technology or related industries.
  • Demand Generation Expertise : Proven ability to design and execute demand generation campaigns with measurable success.
  • MDF & Budget Management : Experience managing MDF allocations and optimizing budget spend for maximum ROI.
  • Event Management : Strong experience planning and executing marketing events and lead generation activities.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report ROI.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external OEM partners.
  • Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with partners, building strong professional relationships.
  • Technical Acumen : Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms.
  • OEM Partner Experience : Prior experience working directly with OEM partners and managing joint marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
