MERN Stack Developer

Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and a passion for building high-quality, scalable web applications. This role requires a collaborative mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a drive for delivering exceptional results.

In addition to core MERN expertise, the candidate should have hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) product development, as these skills are integral to our current product roadmap.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure new features and functionality are effectively implemented by cooperating with other team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot any issues that arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in web development, data engineering, AI, and automation frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI-driven solutions, implement RPA workflows, and participate in data engineering pipelines and machine learning model integration.
