Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Accounts Receivable Lead / Manager / SME to join our Finance team as an individual contributor .

The ideal candidate brings deep AR expertise in a US client environment , excels in reducing DSO and bad debts, and can confidently manage client communication and internal cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Own

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable lifecycle for key US-based clients

• Drive timely collections;

proactively follow up on invoices and escalate issues diplomatically

Reduce DSO and bad debt as core KPIs

Build strong relationships with Sales, Client Success, BU Heads, and external client teams

Resolve billing disputes, clarify invoice details, and negotiate payment terms

Prepare and analyze AR aging reports , identify trends, and recommend actions

Track and present collection metrics to the SVP – Finance

Improve AR processes and support automation initiatives

Handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and assertiveness

Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and audit standards

What You Bring

10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a B2B US client environment

Prior experience working night shifts and interacting with US-based clients

Strong ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

High energy, self-motivation, and commitment to meeting aggressive targets

High integrity, professionalism, and organizational discipline

Proficiency in Excel , ERP systems, and AR tracking tools
