Job descriptionOwn and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization. Translate business needs and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate use cases, and refine priorities. Bridge communication between business and engineering teams. Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation. Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency. Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments. Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements. 5–7 years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Jira & Confluence. Strong documentation and analytical abilities. Scrum & Agile UI Tools — Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping) API Testing (Postman) API Documentation Insurance Domain Knowledge — Must Have Power BI / Tableau SQL Snowflake JSON XML XSLT

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner who will play a critical role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
