We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team to take care of business for Southern region of India which includes Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala
Qualifications And Skills : -
- Bachelor's / master's degree, preferably in business administration
- Proven experience (1-2yrs) as an Regional Sales Manager or similar role in security and fire safety alarm system industry.
- Strong knowledge of security and fire safety system products and solutions
- Excellent communication skill.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Roles And Responsibilities : -
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed regional targets across Southern India.Base location : Bengaluru (with regular travel across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerala).Conduct proactive business development to onboard new clients and expand market reach.Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through research and outreach.Prepare, customize, and deliver persuasive sales proposals to prospective clients.Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure.Provide timely and accurate reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and forecasts.Monitor industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategy.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and services.Desired Skills and Experience : -
