What You'll Be Doing :

• Collaborate with our US-based tech lead and product team to architect and deliver scalable, feature-rich products.
• Work across the stack — building user interfaces in React and backend services using Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Ship key services and internal tools across :
• Chosan Rewards : a gamified loyalty and referral system.
• Chosan Points : virtual currency tracking and redemption.
• Chosan Park : resident parking and visitor management.
• Chosan Clean : cleaning service scheduling and dispatch.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and / or GraphQL endpoints.
• Build and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Firebase, or similar) as needed.
• Oncalls and de-bugging as case tickets are opened / incidents arise.
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint cycles.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code with scalability in mind.
