About the Role :
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale our eCommerce growth through paid media. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
You must have deep experience in catalogue ads, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, campaign scaling , and understanding full-funnel ad strategies for eCommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities : Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max,UAC)
- Own budget planning, media buying, and pacing across channels to hit CAC and ROAS goals
eCommerce-Focused Performance
Run dynamic product ads (DPA) and Advantage+ Shopping campaignsOptimize Google Shopping feeds, Merchant Center policies, and campaign segmentation by category / brandExperimentation & Optimization
Design A / B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pagesConduct deep performance analysis and recommend clear actionablesAudience & Funnel Building
Build remarketing, prospecting, and LTV-based audience segmentsDrive performance across the funnel — from awareness to purchase and repeatAnalytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and dashboardsTranslate campaign data into business insights and growth opportunitiesWho You Are :
3+ years in performance marketing for eCommerce brandsHands-on with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , Google Merchant Center , PMax , Shopify / Woo / Custom CMSStrong understanding of tracking setups (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, conversion APIs)You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable owning resultsBonus : Experience with tools like Appsflyers, GA4, Metabase, Redash, Mixpanel, Moengage, Clevertap or AmplitudeCandidates with experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini etc, will be given preference.
