Job descriptionAchieve sales targets across investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and cards Proactively offer a complete suite of consumer and commercial banking products to current and prospective clients Drive wallet share increase and deeper relationship penetration Ensure high-quality portfolio by maintaining regular engagement with mapped clients Monitor relationship values and take corrective actions to maintain desired standards Conduct in-depth financial analysis to understand client needs Recommend suitable investment products and financial solutions Drive revenue through advisory-led cross-selling of mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments
Role Overview :
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing banking and investment relationships with High Net-Worth (HNI), Non-Resident Indian (NRI), and Ultra HNI clients. The role focuses on delivering superior service, expanding product penetration, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling of liabilities and investment products.

- Deliver exceptional service to exceed client expectations and retain high-value customers
