Job descriptionTake a proactive role in the RFP process, crafting compelling technical solutions that resonate with clients. Position yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Process and Technology Advisory, instilling confidence during client engagements. Ignite innovation through thorough research and groundbreaking proof of concepts that showcase visionary solutions. Proven expertise in Python and any Web Application Development Experience with diverse solution frameworks, business processes, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions, demonstrating a strong command of industry standards and best practices. Profound knowledge of front-end technologies (.NET, JavaScript) or back-end technologies (Java) combined with adeptness in JS technology platforms, frameworks, and middleware products. A solid understanding of various business domains, particularly in Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), and Manufacturing, with deep expertise in at least one domain. An excellent grasp of DevOps principles and the relevant tools that drive efficiency and collaboration. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies, underscored by the design of effective cloud solutions with careful consideration of cost factors. Proficiency in multiple database technologies, including both relational and non-relational databases. Experience in conducting thorough technical risk analyses and crafting effective strategies to mitigate these risks. Hands-on experience in applying design methodologies and architectural principles optimized for a variety of applications. Proven ability to assess application load and transaction volumes, coupled with strategic capacity planning to ensure optimal performance. A track record of resolving performance issues and fine-tuning applications and environments for peak efficiency. Strong understanding of testing processes and technologies that ensure quality and reliability. Exceptional aptitude for communicating complex solutions to both business and technical audiences convincingly, with the ability to negotiate timelines and resource requirements based on technical complexities. A passionate commitment to learning about business domains and emerging technologies.
