We are looking to hire a skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities :
- Handling incoming calls
- Handling tickets, raising and updating tickets
- Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
- Handling Emails
- Should be comfortable in evening and night shifts
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workGood hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquetteCustomer-oriented attitudeSpoken and written English language is a must
