Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Planning & Costing Engineer. The role involves overseeing project planning, production planning, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing project timelines, and implementing project control measures. The Planning & Costing Engineer will coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Planning and Production Planning
• Proficiency in Project Control and Analytical skills
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration
• Ability to analyze and manage project costs effectively
• Relevant educational background in engineering or related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
