Create best practices for customer onboarding.
Set up best practices to deliver a wow experience to clients.
Manage adoption and churn metrics. Manage weekly and monthly cadence with client and internal stakeholders.
Complete engagement within deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively.
Ensure clarity of actions within different teams within Pando.
Ensure smooth transition between different stages of engagement.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience on supply chain / logistics product rollout.
Be a subject matter expert in SCM SaaS Products
Collaborate with Product team for enhancement and roadmap planning.
Hands on experience onboarding clients in enterprise SAAS product
