• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality of the applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and best practices.
