Description
Job Track Description :
- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations / Production support.
- Experience in handling L1 IT service desk with bridge handling skills for incidents / change and service requests.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Must have ITIL knowledge.
- Good knowledge on Unix / Linux and basic knowledge of Shell scripting will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle escalations.
- Familiar with E-mail queue management and handy with MS office
- Basic knowledge of servers web-based applications usage
- Education qualification BE BCA.
- 24 / 7 workplace - Flexible to work in any shift and for additional hours as per need.
