We are hiring on behalf of a reputed and fast-growing EdTech organization known for delivering high-quality, career-focused training to aspiring software engineers. The client focuses on building strong technical foundations and preparing learners for real-world industry challenges and top-tier tech jobs.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer with a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and programming proficiency in C, C++, and Java. The trainer should also be well-versed in problem-solving using LeetCode, HackerRank, HackerEarth or similar platforms and have prior experience in mentoring or teaching.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Deliver structured, engaging training sessions on DSA, C, C++, and Java

2. Teach logic-building and competitive coding using LeetCode-level problems

3. Design coding assignments, quizzes, and real-world problem sets

4. Conduct mock interviews, assessments, and code reviews for learners

5. Guide learners in technical interview preparation,grooming and problem-solving strategy

6. Collaborate with content and operations teams to improve training effectiveness

7. Stay updated with hiring trends and incorporate best practices into sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

2. 4–5 years of experience in training or software development

3. Expertise in DSA, C, C++, and Java (Mandatory)

4. Strong problem-solving skills with proven experience on LeetCode, HackerRank, HackerEarth, etc.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students to success
