Requirements
Should have proven track record of sales of industrial and cultural papers specific paper selling experience namely ( Craft or Core board thermal paper absorbent paper and tissue paper.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the sales operations in the assigned regions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the industrial and cultural paper segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to refine sales strategies
- Lead mentor and develop the sales team to drive performance
- Prepare regular sales forecasts performance reports and management updates
