are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Pre-Sales Associate to actively drive lead generation and client outreach.
This role is essential in building the top of the sales funnel and will involve extensive phone-based interactions with
prospective clients to introduce CarbonCraft’s offerings. If you're great at initiating conversations, nurturing interest, and

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify, research, and generate new leads through online platforms, directories, and
outbound initiatives.
Cold Calling & Outreach : Make a high volume of daily calls and emails to engage potential customers, explain
our products, and qualify prospects.
Prospect Nurturing : Follow up with leads through structured call / email cadences to convert interest into
opportunities.
CRM Management : Log all calls, track interactions, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Pitching : Effectively communicate the value of CarbonCraft’s products and sustainability mission to potential
clients.
Market Mapping : Identify key players in the architecture, construction, and real estate sectors and build a strong
lead database.
Sales Support : Assist in creating sales presentations, documentation, and proposals as needed.
Feedback Loop : Gather feedback from prospects to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a natural flair for conversations over the phone.
Resilience and persistence in handling outbound calls and follow-ups.
Experience or interest in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Proficiency in using tools like Excel, CRM software, and email platforms.
A proactive and organized mindset with attention to detail.
Bonus if you’ve worked in the tiles, construction, or sustainability sector.
Requirements
